So many wedding photographers! Yes there is! Before I continue with this post I want to warn everyone I am most times very upfront and this will be one of those times. I would absolutely not hire a wedding photographer that was not insured. Second I would want a photographer that is a real business. I will leave the details for another post.
Now the other part about hiring a wedding photographer, get to know the photographer, I am not saying invite him to family functions. Your wedding photographer should have the time to talk with you. I don't mean only before the contract is signed. Ask lots of questions, remember your hiring a person not a camera.
OK I can not stress this enough, ask questions about how the photographer will protect your images from start to finish. Just an example of how I protect my clients mages. I shoot with multiple SD cards both in RAW and JPEG. Each SD card is backed up on a portable hard drive on location. When I get back to studio I upload all Images to another hard drive which is part of a RAID system. Basically what I am trying to get across is losing some of all your wedding images is not only possible, but has happened.
One more thing, hiring a wedding photographer is all in the details, just a few examples of what Perfect Creations Photography has to offer.
Ability to Order Wall Art, Prints, Albums, Photobooks, ETC
OK OK really just one more thing, I promise; Equipment, who is the fool who said "A master can use a cell phone and shoot a wedding, that is total nonsense. Ask about equipment. A natural light photographer photographing a wedding in a not so well lite Church or Country Club as an example, will not end well. Photographing a wedding with one lens, will not end well. Shooting an outside wedding without some form of diffusion will not end well. Just an example what we use; Multiple Cameras, Multiple Lenses, Profoto Lights, Umbrellas, Brolly Boxes, A1 Flashes, Battery lights, Octo Boxes, Kicker lights, ETC
